Is this the same Oz Art Fashion Jewellery that used to be in all the shopping centers?

It certainly is. The Company was sold to others in 2000 but unfortunately did not survive in its original form. The Co name was de registered with ASIC. We, the original owners, re registered the name in 2008 and began trading again as Oz Art Fashion Jewellery Pty Ltd.
Are the goods really direct from the importer.?

Yes they are. There are no extra margins between us purchasing the goods overseas and you purchasing from us here in Australia.
Do you actually select and purchase the goods overseas?.

Yes we do. We travel overseas regularly and personally select each item. This is necessary to ensure the quality.
How are the goods quality controlled to eliminate the usual problems with goods sourced from Asia ?.

We individually select and pack each item from the supplier overseas. The goods are then imported and put into our warehouse stock here in Australia. We then quality check the product again before dispatch to you.
Do you guarantee the product quality ?.

Yes we have a “returns” policy explained in our terms and conditions page. Basically we guarantee the product for manufacturing quality for 14 days from time of purchase. We do not accept returns because you simply change your mind. Return postage is at your expense.
Are there variations due to the manufacturing process ?.

Yes, there may be slight differences in colour or size due to the fact that each piece is hand made. If significant differences are found during our QC process we will list the different product as a separate item to avoid confusion. There may be slight differences due to the photography although we do our best to avoid this happening.
Can I order more of an item that has “sold out”?

No, unfortunately this is not possible as the suppliers cannot be relied upon to reproduce something they have deleted from their range and are notoriously unreliable as regards time and quality to perform this task.
Is my payment safe and secure ?.

Yes. We are using the Australian banking system unlike many of our competitors who operate directly from overseas.
Do you hold stock ?.

Yes. If the product is on the web site you can be assured it is available. In a case where you wish to order a quantity larger than our current stock holding, a message will appear informing you of the stock available. There is no risk of you placing an order for non existent stock.
Do you hold “back orders”?

No. If it is “in stock” it is available for sale. If it is “out of stock” it is not available.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?.

Yes. This is available at a small additional charge. You may also nominate a third party for us to forward the goods to.
Do you offer gift certificates?.

Yes. You will find a range of gift certificates offered in the “other products” section. These are not redeemable for cash.
Do you offer party plan?.

Yes. We offer an e-Party. This is a novel way for you to arrange a discount for a number of your friends whilst accumulating free product for yourself as the organiser. Our e-party is explained fully by clicking on the link on the home page.
Do you supply resellers and market traders?.

Our prices are really competitive and many customers with market stalls have found that the products can be readily resaleable. We also have special reseller packs available through our “other products” section. These are usually snapped up quite quickly so if you find there are none currently available please check back in a few days or use our “contact us” section to send us a message and become registered to receive information prior to the public listing of these items. “First in best dressed” really applies in this case.
Will you be offering more selection of styles in Sterling Silver?

Yes, it is our intention to re establish contact with our Thai suppliers of Sterling Silver in early 2009 which will offer us and you an additional range of styles.
Can I get a store credit on my gift voucher if I don't utilise the full amount of the voucher

No, The vouchers have a single use code so you need to spend the whole amount. Dont forget the code will remove the freight cost.
